Pvp necro build help
All i have played up till now has been pve. I have beaten the game on 3 characters so i am therefore a little tired of it. So i have decided to take up pvp.
I have always been intrigued by the handiness of necros and i am interested in creating a good pvp necro. any ideas/suggestions or are necros not meant for pvp?

Many people will tell you that necro primaries are not meant for pvp, but i find them quite usefull for random arena. Try out the warrior's bane prebuilt if you like, what with the abundance of wars/rangers in arena.

N/Me Necro can throw out some pretty nasty curses. N/Me uses love taking down warriors cuz its quite simple. Cast Soul Barbs+Fainthardeness+phantasm over and over again. 8 degen + dmg everytime you cast hex on your target

almost any good team has a necro. as a necro, you *usually* are there for the sole purpose of making use of corpses/denying the other team the corpses.
things you shouls probably look into: putrid explosion, consume corpse, well of profane, well of sufering.
so for _most_ builds, having a necro is absolutely essential or they will get royally owned by the other teams necro.
definetly playable in hoh ^^
actually seriously any primary is used in hoh.

in random arena's blood magic is always simple and fun: life transfer along w/ strip enchan, vamp gaze/touch, shadow strike, plague touch, demonic flesh, and mark of subversion is always good for entry level pvp'rs. The ability to stay alive while doing damage is always a plus. Now show those w/mo's who they're dealing with! Oh ya, dont forget your res sig or you'll piss ppl off :P

If you want to get rid of bodies but don't want to put attribute points into death magic, soul feast is a nice skill to bring along. It's fast and it gives you 100 or so hp at level 1. It'll take care of bodies quickly.

Use the search button. It's popular and inflammatory topic. Also, check The Campfire for builds and leave strategy to the Gladiator's Arena. Note that we don't design builds for people in the Campfire- make sure to have an idea in mind when you post. We can't decide for you what type of build you should play, but we can help you improve on any ideas you may have.
